Strawberrries and Cream and CANDY

Hello Everyone,

Do you love strawberries and cream, yum yum I do and when Sandy chose the theme this week as Reprint I knew exactly what image I was going to use.  Very different for me but I love how this has turned out. As the image was all about strawberries I have used the Dutch Doobadoo stencil and made up the strawberry gift box to go with the card.

The image is from Reprint's Romance Labels and the paper I used is called Sweet Roses.

I used the Dutch Doobadoo Flower Stencil and Structure paste to create the pattern on paper.

I added a little chunky white frantage to the image.

I have used the gorgeous Marie Therese lace in Grey and also added some pearl trim lace.

The flower arrangement is made up of flower spray, 20mm roses, cosmos flowers, kort and godt curly roses and shabby seam binding.  There is also a little trowl charm in there too :)

I have added vintage flourish diecut leafs.

The little softwood bricks are also covered with structure paste.

I first added shabby white frantage to the Dutch Doobadoo "Hello Sunshine" and then I stippled some structure paste for texture.

Across the top you will notice a kraft border which I painted with gesso.

Here's my strawberry gift box which opens when you untie the bow.

I made the green leaf and then added an inner leaf made out the matching Reprint paper.  The lacy edge was created using a Dutch Doobadoo kraft border painted with gesso.

The Especially For You is from the English Banner Text Stamp Set which matches the Banner Die.  This embosses beautifully as you can see.

Decorated Dutch Doobadoo Cheeseboard

Hello Everyone,

I'm back with another Dutch Doobadoo Cheeseboard, I'm loving these little MDF Cheeseboards, they are so fun to decorate.

This time I have used the new 12x12 Vintage Wood Paper pad to decorate the board.

The image is from the Everyday Vintage Images pad.

I have also used one of the new Dutch Doobadoo Chipboard Words, "Beautiful Day".  I first painted with gesso and then added the structure paste in a stippled manner to give it some texture.

I have added one of the kraft flower borders along the bottom of the board.

I have added Dutch Doobadoo Kraft leaves to the flower arrangement.

Just chilling on a mushroom

Hello Everyone,

I'm sure you can guess that I spent some time in my craft room last week, lol.  My third project this week, lol.

So the image is coloured with distress inks.  The base of the card was made using a Dutch Doobadoo Stencil called "Square" sooooo easy to use.  The papers are all from the new Floral paper pad.

Seeing as the image had mushrooms in it, it seemed appropriate to use my mushroom die and vintage flourish grass die too.  I used coredinations cardstock so I was able to sand down the embossed areas.

The little white butterflies are Dutch Doobadoo lasercut butterflies, aren't they just so intricate and beautiful.

You can see the paper art butterfly closer here too.  I have also added a vintage flourish leaf and Dutch Doobadoo paper art Ferns too in white.

The roses and turquoise poppies are from Live and Love Crafts

The turquoise flowers are from The Ribbon Girl.

Here's a close up of the mushroom edge diecut.

Here's those cute ladybirds going around the corner of the card, love these.

I have also used a Dutch Doobadoo lasercut corner and just brushed some spun sugar distress ink over it to make it pink.

Thanks for popping by today, hope you enjoyed my card.
